Our mission team nurses find a new friend to help.
This little girl has extreme burns on left side of body, her foot is gone.
Things should be better now, but i notice it was hard for her to smile, she was burned at the age of three, due to a fire caused by a candle.
Our little friend has blonde hair, (strong European influence) but she is 100% Honduran.from left to right: Rosie, Carolyn, Diana bottom: Ruth, and our new little friend.
